Immersia Labs ("we," "us," or "our") built the Infinite Reading app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Immersia Labs and is intended for use "as is."

### Information Collection and Use

Infinite Reading is designed to be a private, local spatial reading experience. **We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personally identifiable information.** When you use Infinite Reading, your imported EPUB files, reading history, and preferences remain strictly locally on your Android XR device. We do not have servers that host or process your personal files or reading data.

### Camera and Sensor Data (Hand Tracking & XR Environments)

As an Android XR application, Infinite Reading utilizes your device's built-in spatial computing features, including hand tracking for gesture controls (e.g., air swipes to turn pages).

* This sensor and tracking data is processed entirely in real-time on your device by the Android OS.
* Immersia Labs does not record, capture, or transmit any camera feeds, room meshes, or skeletal tracking data.

### Log Data and Analytics

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the app, we may receive standard, anonymized crash reports provided by Google Play Services (Log Data). This Log Data may include information such as your device model, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, and the time and date of the crash. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used exclusively to identify bugs and improve the stability of the app.

### Third-Party Services

The app does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, other than the standard Google Play Services required for app distribution and basic crash reporting on the Android ecosystem.
